Robotic arms are used for part loading in processing units. In addition to part loading in these units, automatic measuring station, deburring, washing, and laser marking operations can be performed. There are camera systems that detect the location of the part in the conveyor systems used to bring the parts to the station.
The fixtures used in machining centers can be designed as hydraulic-pneumatic or mechanical. Zero-point application for fixture connection areas provides efficiency in commissioning times.
A tool-measuring device is used to measure the tools used before production. This way, tool life, wear, or nonconformities during the acceptance phase can be detected and monitored. In addition, shrink devices and holders increase tool life and provide the highest quality measurements.
